Plans Review Subcommittee - This subcommittee is comprised of TPZ members.  They meet as needed during the workday to review preliminary commercial, residential and municipal plans prior to formal action by the full Commission. 

PAD (Planned Area Development) Review Subcommittee - This is a joint subcommittee comprised of Town Council and TPZ members.  They meet as needed to review preliminary plans prior to recommendation by the TPZ and approval by the Town Council.

Regulation Review Subcommittee - This is a joint subcommittee comprised of Town Council and TPZ members.  This subcommittee was established in response to the new 2007-2017 Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD), in order to review and update Building Zone Regulations and ensure they reflect the goals related in the POCD.
