As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a selection of town PUBLIC HEARINGS are being held remotely (or through a hybrid remote/in-person forum) using video conferencing technologies. While residents will have the opportunity to join virtual meetings and contribute feedback in real time (e.g. in person, or by using the "raise hand" feature*), the form below is available to electronically submit written testimony in advance of the meeting.

To submit your written testimony, which will be read to record of the Public Hearing, please complete and submit the form below by no later than 2:00 pm the day before the meeting. (Comments submitted AFTER the 2:00 pm deadline will NOT be included in the written testimony session of the meeting.) Be sure to select the specific Public Hearing you wish to provide written testimony for, and keep your comments clear and detailed, yet succinct.

*Instructions on how to join virtual meetings in real-time will be posted in each meeting entry on the town events calendar as they become available.
