The Planning & Zoning Update Steering Committee is comprised of selected members of the Town Council, Town Plan & Zoning Commission, and Architectural & Site Design Review Committee. They were formed to review and guide proposed comprehensive updates to the Town’s Building Zone Regulations and Subdivision Regulations. The work is expected to be completed in 2026.

This subcommittee meets monthly and on an as-needed basis.
