Office Hours and Holiday Closures

The Glastonbury Parks and Recreation Administrative office (located at 2143 Main Street) is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The office is closed on all national holidays. Please click here to view the Town Hall offices holiday schedule.

Retrieve program cancellation information 24 hours a day by calling our cancellation line. Evening activities and cancellations are announced after 3:30 p.m.

Directions to our Office 

Route 2 East to Exit 8 (Hebron Avenue). Take a right at end of exit onto Hebron Avenue and go about 2 miles. Take a left at intersection with Main Street and travel approximately 1/2 mile. The Parks and Recreation office will be on your right at 2143 Main Street (across from the Glastonbury Police Station). Park in the back of the building and use the Parks and Recreation Office entrance.

Route 2 West to Exit 8. At end of exit ramp take a right onto Oak Street. At the light, take a left onto Hebron Avenue. Continue straight for approximately 3 miles. Take a left at intersection with Main Street and travel approximately 1/2 mile. The Parks and Recreation office will be on your right at 2143 Main Street (across from the Glastonbury Police Station). Park in the back of the building and use the Parks and Recreation Office entrance.
