How to Change Password or Unlock Account

Please note that you need a working password to enroll; therefore, if your password has expired or is not working, contact the IT department before proceeding below.

To enroll to use the Password Self-Service tool:

Once enrolled, you can:

  • Reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password.”
  • Unlock your password by clicking on “Account locked out?
