The Glastonbury Customer Service Center (CSC) is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to help with "one-stop-shopping" of Town services.
Our Customer Service Representative, Lorna Churchill, is knowledgeable on a wide variety of Town services and happy to assist with transactions, provide information and resources, or direct you to the appropriate Department for further assistance. Please see the full list of CSC services below.
For resident convenience, the CSC is also equipped with two guest computers to allow Town Hall visitors to complete various online tasks as applicable.

The Customer Service Center in Town Hall is pleased to offer the following services:
- General Information and help navigating Town Hall / Locating Appropriate Departmental Offices
- Assistance with online license/permit applications
- Refuse Disposal Permits
- Employment Applications
- Notary Services
- Parks & Recreation Program Registration
- Processing Requests for Service
- Tax Payments (online or in the secure drop box)
- Venue and Park Grounds Rentals
- Voter Registration
- Youth & Family Services Theater Tickets (assistance with ticket purchase)
Lost & Found
The Customer Service Center (CSC) also manages the Lost & Found. If you find something on Town property, please turn it in to the CSC. Items will be kept for 30 days. If you've misplaced an item, please stop by or call us at (860) 652-7710 to check if it's been turned in.
