If you would like to submit positive feedback regarding an interaction you had with Town staff, or a suggestion as to how the Town can further improve upon its services, please complete the form below. Submissions will be directed to the appropriate Town staff for review, as well as the Town Manager. If you indicate that you would like a follow up conversation, a Town representative will be in touch with you shortly thereafter as applicable.
Please note, this form is NOT to be used to submit request for service (e.g. to report a fallen tree, sidewalk or street maintenance issue, debris, vandalism, etc.) Those requests should be completed using the Citizen Request Form on this web page.
