Planned Area Development (PAD)

PAD Preliminary Plan: $100.00

PAD Change of Zone & Final Development Plan: $260.00* + $60.00 State of Connecticut fee

*Additional fees:

  • Per dwelling unit in Residential PAD: $160.00
  • Per 1,000 gross square feet in Non-residential PAD: $65.00

Zone Change Request: $250.00 + $60.00 State of Connecticut fee

Signage

Sign permit application:  $50.00; temporary sign permit:  $25

Special Permits

Special permits: $200.00* + $60.00 State of Connecticut fee

*Additional fees for:

  • Excavation/Filling Special Permit: an additional $50.00 plus $50.00 for each 5 acres of disturbed area or portion thereof
  • Design Review: $20.00 for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area over 5,000 square feet

Section 12.9 Minor Change to a Special Permit with Design Review: $100.00 + $60.00 State of Connecticut fee
