The Glastonbury Health Department will sponsor a COVID-19 booster clinic on Thursday, May 12th from 1:00 - 5:00 pm at the Riverfront Community Center (300 Welles St). The vaccinating partner for this event is Hartford HealthCare. Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccine will be available. 

The clinic is open to individuals 12 years and older. Guardians must be present for children under 18 years old.  

Pre-registration is preferred; walk-ins accepted as vaccine supply lasts. See registration/appointment scheduling links below.

Attendees should bring their CDC vaccine record of previous doses.
