Household Hazardous Waste Collection Schedule 2021
In Manchester at 321 Olcott Street
Directions: Exit 1 from 384, follow Spencer Street for 1 mile,
Left onto Olcott Street and look for signs, HHW Facility on your left
Bring a Driver’s License, Tax Bill or Car Registration to prove residency. For more information on HHW collections, please contact CREOC at 860-647-3257.

COVID 19 Guidelines
- Limit ONE person per vehicle.
- YOU MUST REMAIN IN THE VEHICLE WITH THE WINDOWS CLOSED AND WHILE WEARING A FACE MASK.
- Be ready to present valid ID through the window.
- All paperwork will be completed by CREOC staff.
- Place ONLY waste items in the rear of vehicle and have compartment open prior to inspection.
- Containers must be disposable. They will NOT be emptied and returned.
- Please leave all materials in their original containers and separate paint care products from the other hazard waste.

Safely dispose of paint and stains, acids, insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers, chemicals, household cleaning products and other hazardous materials which may have accumulated at your home.
REMINDERS: The following items will NOT be accepted: used oil and anti-freeze.
Dried out paint cans can be disposed in the regular trash.
The use of trailers and work vans are NOT allowed.
