The Veterans Service Commission of Glastonbury will hold their Veterans' Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11th, at the Monuments on the Hubbard Street Green to honor all of our Veterans. It will begin at 11:00 am. This year's Ceremony will include songs from the students of Glastonbury High School and Smith Middle School.

All veterans of all branches are invited as well as all of the citizens of Glastonbury. We look forward to seeing many of you there.

The ceremony will be followed by a light luncheon at the Gallery Restaurant.

This year's Guest Speaker will be Reverend Richard “Dick” Allen from South Congregational Church.

Dick Allen grew up in South Glastonbury in the 1950’s; graduated from the Williston Northampton School; received a BA from Trinity University in San Antonio; and completed his Master of Divinity degree at Andover Newton Theological School.
