    Town Council Rules of Procedure

The Town Council is governed by the Town Charter and per Section 304, is commissioned to determine its own rules of procedure that work in tandem with the provisions of the Charter.  There is a subcommittee of council members who review the Rules of Procedure every 2 years after an election and on an as-needed basis.  Proposed amendments are then brought forth to the entire Town Council for discussion and possible adoption.  Below is the link to view the Rules of Procedure for the Glastonbury Town Council as amended and approved on December 5, 2023.
