BE PART OF ONE OF THE LARGEST RACES IN THE STATE!
The 3.5 Mile Santa’s Run draws thousands of runners of all ages from all over New England. This annual race takes lots of planning and preparation. This is where YOU can make a difference! The 2024 race is being held at Glastonbury High School located on Hubbard Street on Sunday, December 8th.

To thank you for your time, all volunteers will receive a long sleeve 2024 Santa’s Run shirt!

The race would not be possible without volunteers like you. Many volunteers are needed for all areas of the race. Groups are welcome too! Come and join in the holiday spirit! Volunteers will be needed in the following areas:

Registration/Pre-Registered Runners (indoors)
9:00a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Help register runners and assist with pre-registered runner bib pick-up

Awards/Raffle (indoors)
10:00a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Help with awards and raffles

Shirt Sales and Pick-Up (indoors)
9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Help distribute and sell shirts

Finish Line (outside)
11:00a.m.-1:30 p.m.
See the grand finale. Positions include result runners/posters, traffic directors, chute directors, and ornament distributors

Race Course (outside)
10:45a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Help cheer the runners on. Positions include spotters, splits, and water stop.
