White wooden signs with red arrows are posted at intersections where runners must take a turn. In order to limit the number of people out on the course, course spotters may not be situated at intersections. 

Please familiarize yourself with the route prior to the race. Mile signs are posted at 1, 2, and 3 mile marks.
