Design Guidelines for the Town Center Village District

Beginning in 2022, the Town worked with FHI Studio to develop Design Guidelines for the Town Center Village District (TCVD). Required by the TCVD regulations, the Guidelines regulate future development in the Town Center area – the area that encompasses Main St., Hebron Ave., New London Tpke., and numerous roadways. Furthermore, the Architectural and Site Design Review Committee (ASDRC) refers to the Guidelines as part of its review and decision-making process for future development proposals. The guidelines became effective November 8, 2023 after adoption by the Town Council.
