As of June 13, 2022, the Town uses OpenGov ViewPoint for its online permitting. You will be required to register your account in the updated system to submit your permit application. If you have previously used the OpenGov ViewPoint system in any other Town, your account will take about a day to sync with your new login on the Glastonbury system, as long as you are using the same email address.
Credit/Debit cards and e-checks will be the only accepted method of payment for permits obtained through the Town's online permitting system. However, applicants who prefer to pay by cash or physical check may do so in person at Town Hall during normal business hours.
For Technical support that the Engineering Department staff is unable to help with, you may contact OpenGov directly at (845) 250-0531 for further assistance.
