Notice to All Engineers Submitting Applications for Development
- All Engineers submitting plans for a proposed development in the Town of Glastonbury shall submit a completed copy of the appropriate plan review checklist (see table below) with their completed application materials.
- All Engineers must read the following notice (see table below) regarding computations of water quality volumes and MS4 Permit Tracking requirements and ensure that their application complies with all aspects of this notice.

NOTICE TO ENGINEERS REGARDING RAINFALL RATES FOR STORMWATER ANALYSES
Amendment to Design Manual Section 4.6 Hydrology Methods, page 32: Drainage analysis shall utilize the updated precipitation data as published by the NOAA and in accordance with the ConnDOT Drainage Manual as revised to date. The updated precipitation estimates for Glastonbury can be found here.
