The Town of Glastonbury is hosting its Spring 2024 Compost Bin and Rain Barrel Sales event!

Through a partnership with BrandBuilders, LLC, community members can purchase compost bins, rain barrels, and related composting/water conservation accessories at reduced prices. To review items for sale, please visit www.glastonburyct.gov/compost.

Orders must be placed by May 2nd, for pickup at the Academy Parking Lot on Saturday, May 4th between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Backyard Composting is an excellent way to reduce trash in landfills and allows you to make your own compost!

Rain Barrels reduce water costs, keep our water clean, and provide a natural source of water for plants and gardens, all while reducing the amount of pollutants that enter our storm drains.
