Regrettably, the Vaccination Clinic scheduled to take place at the Town/Community Tag Sale on 10/21/2023 has been CANCELLED and will NOT be rescheduled. (The Tag Sale was rescheduled from 10/21 to 10/22 due to the inclement weather forecast.) The pharmacy is reaching out to all individuals who had appointments scheduled at this clinic to apologize and to propose an alternate plan.

The Town is hosting two more clinics on 10/24 and 11/9, which will offer the same vaccinations for community members. Please visit the Town events calendar for more information or to schedule an appointment for a future clinic. We apologize for the inconvenience this cancellation may cause.

This fall and winter, three respiratory viruses are expected to circulate in the United States and cause significant illness:

1. Influenza (flu)
2. COVID-19
3. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) 

For the first time in history, there are vaccines that can help protect against serious illness and hospitalization from all three viruses.

The Glastonbury Health Department will host a vaccination clinic on Saturday, October 21st in the parking lot behind the Academy Building, and in combination with the Town/Community Tag Sale.

At this clinic, community members can obtain vaccinations for:

• Influenza (flu): 3+ years of age
• COVID-19: 4+ years of age
• RSV: 60+ years

Please remember to bring your insurance card.

Flu Vaccine Registration

• Ages 3+ - Beacon Pharmacies will require all flu vaccination recipients ages 3+ to complete a Flu Vaccine Form 2023. Please be sure to bring the completed form to your appointment, along with your insurance card.

COVID-19 Vaccine

• Ages 18+ - If you are getting a COVID-19 vaccine at this event, please print and complete the 2023 Beacon Pharmaceutical Vaccine Intake and Consent form for Adults 18+, and bring it with you to your appointment.
• Ages 4-17 - Please print and complete the COVID-19 Pediatric Intake and Consent Form (Ages 4-17) and it with you to your appointment, along with your insurance card.

RSV Vaccine

• Ages 60+ - Individuals getting an RSV vaccine will be asked to complete a consent form, which will provided at the event.
