Virtual Program for Adults

  • Introduction: There are many benefits of adopting a heart healthy lifestyle including increased energy, decreased stress, improved cholesterol and blood pressure levels, and decreased risk of heart disease.

Learning the science-based strategies and implementing a few simple tweaks to our lifestyle can lead to big results! Join us for this fun and informative program where registered dietician and nutritionist, Jill Patterson, will teach you a total approach to improve your heart health.

Registration begins April 20th, online or by calling the library’s Reference Department at 860-652-7720. Registration with a valid email address is required to receive login information on the day of the Zoom meeting.
