You've heard of the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Come learn how to put it into practice.  You’ll learn how it is prepared as well as sample several Greek-inspired dishes, such as Tzatziki, tomato fritters, hummus, and more! Everyone gets a packet of their original Mediterranean Spice Mix.
