A Virtual Neighborhood Information Meeting Regarding the Redevelopment of 2283-89, 2333 and 2341-2355 Main Street (Town Center Zone) will be held following the TPZ Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 30th. This virtual (Zoom) informational session will be hosted by the Property Owners: 2283-2289 MAIN STREET, LLC, MAIN STREET DEVELOPERS, LLC, and MAIN STREET GLASTONBURY 2341, LLC
On March 30, 2021, the Town Plan and Zoning Commission (TPZ) will hold a Special Meeting from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM for a C.G.S. §7-159b pre application meeting, to review a proposal prior to the submission of an application. The property owners of 2283-89, 2333 and 2341-2355 Main Street are proposing to redevelop the properties for a mixed-use project in accordance with the Town Center Zone regulations.
Starting at 7:00 PM, the property owners will make a presentation to the TPZ Commission, after which questions will be asked by the Commission. Public comment will NOT occur during the TPZ Commission Meeting; however, at 8:30 PM, the Special Meeting of the TPZ Commission will adjourn and the Property Owners will open the Neighborhood Information Meeting to take questions and comments from the public. Individuals who would like to attend and participate in the Neighborhood Information Meeting are strongly encouraged to watch the presentation before the Town Plan and Zoning Commission starting at 7:00 PM.
Interested parties can use the Zoom link below to watch the presentation to the TPZ Commission at 7:00 PM and/or may use the same link to access the Neighborhood Information Meeting beginning at 8:30 PM.
