Estate Planning Documents:  Importan Now More than Ever is a virtual seminar being hosted on Friday, December 11th, from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, by Attorney Colleen Masse, Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri's Special Needs Planning Department Chair.

Join Attorney Colleen Masse from the elder law firm Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri to learn about the important estate planning documents every adult should have…. Especially now. You’ll learn about Wills, trusts, powers of attorney (POA), and healthcare directives. You’ll walk away knowing what these documents are for, and what you need to do to create them. Colleen will also spend some time discussing pooled trusts and how they can be used to help individuals use their extra income and assets while qualifying for Medicaid or the CT Homecare Program for Elders.
