John Pastorelle of St. Michael IT Solutions will conduct an introductory workshop via Zoom and will review the "ABZs" of crucial cyber/technology concepts. Leveraging the Zoom platform, he will highlight the "technological tools and best practices" to ensure a comfortable, safe and productive online experience while "seeing" your friends, families and co-workers. This live, workshop-style program allows for specific questions to be answered on the spot.

Requirements: Internet connection and an internet-ready device such as a computer or laptop with a web camera, iPad/tablet or smartphone. Click here for a tutorial on setting up a Zoom account.
