Learn about the Year of the Rat and the Chinese zodiac. Enjoy stories and crafts, and participate in a dragon dance. A special performance by the Hartt School Chinese Music Ensemble begins at 10:30am. Come anytime during the time period. This is not a drop-off program. No registration needed.
