The Glastonbury Health Alliance has completed a comprehensive community health assessment that looks at health and quality of life in Glastonbury. This report will soon be available to the public.  Please join us to talk about what you think influences the quality of health in town.  Your participation will help us identify ways to further improve the health and quality of life for the community.
