What: The first part of this workshop will help you navigate the world of writing submissions to journals and other publications. The second part will provide tips on how to survive rejection – and persevere to publication.

Who: The Candlelight Writing Workshops at River Bend: the workshop will be taught by a longtime New York Times writer, essayist and Creative Writing MFA from Sarah Lawrence College.

When: 6:30 p.m., two consecutive Wednesdays: Wed., Oct. 9, and Wed., Oct. 16.
