The library's “Build a Better … You” healthy lifestyle series returns to answer the question: What are some simple changes you can make in your body throughout the day to reduce pain?

Chronic Pain plagues more than 1.5 billion people, while 1.4 billion people worldwide do not get the basic level of physical activity required for good health. This is not a coincidence. Join owner of Personal Euphoria and author of Keep Moving: Take Steps to Relieve Pain & Improve Your Life by Maggie Downie, and learn pain-free techniques to feel better in your body.
